Small Group Studio Training

Individualized training sessions a group atmosphere. Modifications for both the beginner & advanced athlete. Work hard, achieve your goals & have good company while doing it.

Each session consists of 3-5 circuits, 2-3 exercises per circuit, done for 45 seconds.

Customized Online Training
